This page explains how we handle data during pilot engagements.

What data we access

• We only access data that is explicitly shared by the customer for the purpose of a contract risk check.
• Access is read-only and limited to contract documents or metadata (e.g., Google Drive, DocuSign) and CRM renewal-related data (e.g., HubSpot).

What we do not access

• We do not access billing systems or payment processors.
• We do not access credentials, production databases, or customer PII beyond what is required to review contract and renewal metadata.
• We do not make any changes to customer systems.

How data is used

• Data is used solely to identify potential contract and renewal risks for the requesting company.
• Data is not reused, resold, shared, or combined with data from other customers.

Data retention

• Data accessed during a pilot is retained only for the duration of the engagement.
• Data is deleted after the pilot unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

Data ownership

• All data remains the sole property of the customer at all times.
