These terms describe how pilot engagements work.
Scope of service
- The engagement is a time-boxed pilot, not a long-term software subscription.
- Typical pilot duration is 10-14 days, with limited scope.
Nature of access
- All access provided is read-only.
- No systems are modified.
- No automated actions are taken.
- No workflows are changed.
What this service provides
- Identification of potential contract and renewal risks where contract terms and CRM state may not align.
- A written report outlining what may have slipped, why it matters, and suggested next steps.
What this service does not provide
- This is not legal advice.
- This is not a billing audit.
- This is not a compliance certification.
- Findings are informational and advisory in nature.
Responsibility & ownership
- The customer retains full ownership and control of all systems and data.
- Any decisions or actions taken based on findings remain the customer’s responsibility.
Termination
- The pilot can be stopped at any time by either party.
- Access will be revoked immediately upon termination.
These terms are intended to keep the pilot lightweight, safe, and focused on visibility rather than control.
